Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare Corporate Sales Development Strategy and Planning. Achieve weekly, and monthly sales targets as per the annual sales target plan.
∎ Work as an individual for sales and business development of different brands and products in corporate bodies and various institutions independently.
∎ Hunt continuously in the local and corporate markets for new customers. Establish and uphold a consistent corporate image.
∎ Deliver sales presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of products.
∎ Ensure after-sales service to the existing customers.
∎ Ensure marketing objectives and activities are in line with the sales targets.
∎ Visit existing and new customers on a day-to-day basis for new orders, payments, and services.
∎ Build relationships with corporate clients and govt. bodies for targeting market placement and, to grab the market share. Preparation of Presentation of proposal and assigned subject matters for the corporate clients.
∎ Build a Relationship with the Engineer/Architecture to create a new reference group.
