∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Beverage, Ice Cream, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and grow sales opportunities within assigned territory & develop sustained & long-lasting relationships with the customers.
∎ Monitor the SKU wise primary & secondary sales activities within the assigned territory
∎ Supervise the activities of Sales officers and provide training and guidance to ensure achievement of target.
∎ Maintain and update records of distributors/outlets and submit specified reports to RSM/ASM and return on time.
∎ Maintain solid professional relationships with customers by ensuring that their needs are met and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
∎ Advice distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
∎ Collect market and competitors' information and provide to supervisor.
∎ Ensure product availability and visibility in all outlets.
∎ Scrutinize and authenticate damage claims.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
