Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and grow sales opportunities within assigned territory and develop sustainable, long-lasting relationships with the customers.
∎ Monitor the SKU-wise primary and secondary sales activities within the assigned territory.
∎ Supervise the team, and provide training and guidance to ensure achievement of target in areas such as coverage of outlet, cold chain, merchandising, and stock rotation.
∎ Maintain and update records of distributors/outlets and submit reports to RSM/ASM.
∎ Maintain a solid working relationship with customers by ensuring that their needs are met and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
∎ Advise distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure the functional effectiveness of the business.
∎ Ensure maximum utilization of company Assets.
∎ Ensure product availability, delivery, and visibility in all outlets.
∎ Scrutinize and authenticate damage claims.
∎ Perform the other tasks assigned by the supervisors.
