5–10 years of B2B or fleet sales experience in the tyre, automotive, or heavy equipment industry.
Proven track record of managing large corporate accounts.
Strong negotiation, contract management, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of tyre product range, technical specs, and maintenance practices.
Responsibilities & Context:
Fleet & Corporate Client Acquisition
Identify and approach fleet owners, transport companies, leasing firms, OEMs, and government buyers. Conduct client needs assessments and propose tyre solutions (PCR, TBB, TBR, OTR, Farm).Develop and manage a pipeline of B2B clients for consistent revenue growth.
Contract & Bulk Deal Management
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service agreements. Finalize bulk purchase contracts with key accounts. Ensure profitable deals while maintaining client satisfaction.
Key Account Management (KAM)
Act as a single point of contact for key fleet and institutional customers. Conduct regular client reviews to ensure smooth supply and service. Cross-sell and upsell tyres, accessories, and service solutions.
Market Development
Identify emerging segments (rideshare, logistics startups, construction, mining fleets).Build partnerships with tyre service providers and retreaders. Support marketing campaigns targeting B2B segments.
Operations & Coordination Work with supply chain for timely tyre delivery and installation. Ensure customer satisfaction through after-sales service. Maintain detailed client records in CRM and provide accurate forecasts.
