Achieve area-wise sales targets for stationery products across retail, wholesale, and institutional channels.
Plan and execute sales activities including new product launches (e.g., notebooks, pens, office supplies) and promotional campaigns targeting schools, offices, and corporate clients.
Monitor trade discounts, schemes, and credit policies to ensure profitability and minimize financial risk.
Collect and analyze market insights on competitors, seasonal demand (school opening season, exam periods, etc.), and emerging trends to guide strategy.
Build and maintain strong distributor, retailer, and institutional client networks to expand market coverage.
Conduct regular market visits to stationery shops, bookstores, and corporate clients to ensure visibility and availability of products.
Develop accurate sales forecasts and inventory plans to meet seasonal peaks and ensure uninterrupted supply.
Mentor and motivate the sales team through performance reviews, field training, and incentive programs.
