Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

FMCG Sales & Marketing, sales and Distribution
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
E-commerce, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate business as per target provided by the management.
∎ Target achievement must be maintained in different criterions i.e. service specific target, quantity specific target, new client specific target, new business specific target etc.
∎ Monitor regular franchisee wise order flow, delivery SLA and return SLA by coordinating with respective franchisee.
∎ Candidate will have to be very strict regarding SLA, SLA must be maintained at any cost.
∎ Monitor whether franchisee is receiving parcels regularly on time or not.
∎ Monitor and ensure system update by franchisee in respective steps of service delivery, specially the real time OTP based delivery.
∎ Coordinate with franchisee manager and accounts to ensure daily collection of COD.
∎ Coordinate and assist franchisees for acquisition of pickup points in their respective territory and ensure maximum pickup point coverage in your territory.
∎ Assist franchisee to prepare route plan in the respective area for smooth service delivery.
∎ Regular physical visit at premise of franchisees and pickup points is a must. Maintain regular communication with franchisee. Be an advisor to the franchisee.
∎ Ensure effective communication of prevailing policies, regulations, benefits and incentives. Any update and/or change must be communicated immediately and effectively.
∎ Always ensure pipeline for prospective franchises so that in case of requirement, we can replace existing franchisee within a short period of time.
∎ Conduct audit of parcel stock and accounts on ad-hoc basis at franchisee premise.
∎ Play the role of trainer for the franchise team in respective territory.
