∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Initiate and strengthen nationwide company business by ensuring fast and superior last mile service delivery.
∎ Ensure smooth cash (COD - Cash on Delivery) collection from the delivery partners.
∎ Design and execute strategies to revamp and expand distribution coverage and explore new channels.
∎ Appoint/replace and ensure development of franchises as motivated delivery partner.
∎ Play the role of trainer for all resources of distribution channel and delivery partners.
∎ Enhance the productivity and performance of all stakeholders of the organization's distribution channel.
∎ Handle complain management and ensure smooth resolution of the issues.
∎ Ensure effective and efficient communication among all participants of distribution channel.
