Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving 100% or more business against target in each store (turnover & pairs)
∎ To conduct the business effectively and profitably in all stores
∎ Maintaining a high standard of service to customers
∎ Follow up merchandise for the stores
∎ Follow-up store development activities
∎ Assist in HR activities
∎ Maintain store maintenance activities
∎ Coordinate real estate matters
∎ safeguarding company's asses and interest
∎ Supervising and keeping all controllable store operation expenses at a minimum
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ To be successful in this role, you must be flexible, hardworking, proactive, creative and determined. Should have the ability to work in demanding situations under pressure in a team independently with minimum supervision and deliver against team objectives.
