Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make territory wise sales plan and achieve monthly primary and secondary sales target.
∎ Lead sales team of SR and assess sales performance according to sales KPI.
∎ Ensure sales growth and explore untapped market.
∎ Analyze sales data, sales trends, market competition and prepare sales report.
∎ Manage distributors and ensure availability of products to all relevant outlets of the assigned territory/area.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Must have work experience with sales force automation (SFA)
∎ Very good communication skill
∎ Analytical ability and Proficiency in MS Excel reporting
