Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Devise effective territory sales (dealer/customer) and painter penetration strategies to achieve the revenue target of the company.
∎ Initiate and gain insight of key business stakeholders by proficient management of sales force software and achieve fixed coverage planning (business call and relationship calls) target for the year.
∎ Analyze data for business decision making through ground action to increase brand reach, market share, consumer share, and display share objective within our operating segment.
∎ Conduct relationship calls with consumers, painters, and project owners to address concerns and provide solution for grabbing new business opportunity.
∎ Create business opportunities by utilizing all the available resources provided by the company and ensure sustainable relationship with the key stakeholders by providing value added business service to them.
∎ Embrace and execute financial norms and customer service guidelines to win the deal.
∎ Maintain and streamline dealers' agreement, balance confirmation, service delivery confirmation, merchandising agreement, and other incentive arrangements to make the operation transparent and smooth at the end of every month.
