Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
∎ Conduct market research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including retailers, contractors, and distributors.
∎ Provide excellent customer service, addressing client queries and resolving issues promptly.
∎ Conduct regular visits to clients to understand their needs and provide product support.
∎ Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
