Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Sales & Marketing experience in the animal Feed industry will get preference.
∎ Can ride motor-cycle.
∎ Hardworking & energetic Flexible and adaptive to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Good Technical Knowledge Minimum computer literacy

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for cattle feed products in the assigned territory.
∎ Provide support to existing dealers to enhance their business performance and profitability.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and influencers in the dairy and livestock sector.
∎ Ensure excellent customer service by addressing queries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
∎ Identify and explore new markets, customer segments, and sales opportunities.
∎ Gather insights on competitor activity, product performance, and market trends.
∎ Share relevant market intelligence with the reporting manager for strategic planning.
∎ Submit accurate daily sales updates and dealer visit reports.
∎ Prepare and share monthly sales performance reports and farm trial results.
∎ Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and field activities.
∎ Collaborate with the logistics and delivery team to ensure timely product supply and customer satisfaction.
∎ Assist in executing marketing campaigns and brand-building initiatives in the territory.Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
∎ This role involves extensive field visits and direct interactions with farmers and dealers. Travel and outdoor work in rural /agricultural settings are routine.
