∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)/B.Sc in Animal Husbandry from any UGC-approved reputed university
∎ Experience in Marketing & Sales in relevant fields Sound knowledge of Agro-based firms (incl. Agro Processing/ Seed/ GM) Valid driver's license for motorbike riding and a clean driving record
∎ Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)/B.Sc in Animal Husbandry from any UGC-approved reputed university

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor cattle feed sales and collect dealer status
∎ Deliver and report daily sales information/forecast to respective supervisor/sales coordinator
∎ Dealer development & improvement in dealer profiles
∎ Identify Gap Market area & inform to the supervisor
∎ Identify & map all farmers, dealers and ensure after sales service (dealer & farmer)
∎ Build up strong relationship with prime customer & handling customer feedback including feed
∎ Give "FEEDBACK" to the supervisor about the present/future scenario of the market
∎ Monthly feed performance report sends to HO
∎ Marketing Activity SGM, Seminar with farmers, retailor meeting, Multimedia projector showing activity
∎ Farm trial to be recorded & report need to be submitted to supervisor regularly for Cattle
∎ Develop communication with logistics/ depot personnel for smooth dispatch
