∎ B.Sc (Hons.) in Fisheries/B.Sc Ag (Hons)/B.Sc in Marine Science/B.Sc (Hons) in Science background from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
agro based farm, Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor Aqua feed sales and collect dealer status
∎ Deliver & report daily sales information/forecast to respective supervisor/sales coordinator
∎ Dealer development & improvement in dealer profiles
∎ Identify Gap Market area & inform to the supervisor
∎ Identify & map all farmers, dealers and ensure after sales service (dealer & farmer)
∎ Build up strong relationship with prime customer & handling customer feedback including feed
∎ Give "FEEDBACK" to the supervisor about the present/future scenario of the market
∎ Monthly feed performance report sends to HO
∎ Marketing Activity SGM, Seminar with farmers, retailor meeting, Multimedia projector showing activity
∎ Farm trial to be recorded & report need to be submitted to supervisor regularly for Aqua
∎ Develop communication with logistics/ depot personnel for smooth dispatch
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Sales & Marketing experience on Aqua/Fish Feed shall get preference
