Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor Aqua feed sales and collect dealer status·
∎ Deliver & report daily sales information/forecast to respective supervisor/sales coordinator·
∎ Dealer development & improvement in dealer profiles·
∎ Identify Gap Market area & inform to the supervisor·
∎ Identify & map all farmers, dealers and ensure after sales service (dealer & farmer)·
∎ Build up strong relationship with prime customer & handling customer feedback including feed·
∎ Give “FEEDBACK” to the supervisor about the present/future scenario of the market·
∎ Monthly feed performance report sends to HO·
∎ Marketing Activity SGM, Seminar with farmers, retailor meeting, Multimedia projector showing activity·
∎ Farm trial to be recorded & report need to be submitted to supervisor regularly for Aqua·
∎ Develop communication with logistics/ depot personnel for smooth dispatch.Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
∎ The role is for driving Aqua feed sales through dealer management, market analysis, and customer engagement. It’s a field based job.
