∎ Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in Agro industry (freshers with passion and drive may apply).
∎ Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
∎ Willingness to travel frequently and work under pressure.
∎ Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, reporting tools).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and develop new business opportunities in the agricultural sector.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and distributors.
∎ Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
∎ Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and market visits.
∎ Provide feedback from customers to management for product improvement.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and market intelligence.
