∎ Experience dealing with DAE and related regulatory bodies in Bangladesh is essential.
∎ In-depth knowledge of local and international pesticide regulations.
∎ Strong communication, documentation, and negotiation skills.
∎ Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
∎ Experience in dossier preparation, product registration, and technical documentation.

∎ Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced professional to join our Regulatory Affairs team as Deputy Manager / Manager.
∎ This role is responsible for managing the product registration lifecycle, regulatory compliance, and documentation related to agrochemical (pesticide) products.
∎ The role also supports the product team with technical data, label approvals, dossier preparation, and acts as a key liaison with the national regulatory authorities such as the Department of Agricultural Extension (DAE), Plant Protection Wing, all research institutes.
