∎ Age 25 to 30 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure continuous development of the assigned Geography and expansion of direct and indirect coverage.
∎ Review and follow up on progression, productivity, and trade activities with SSFs and set an action plan to ensure the monthly plan
∎ Coach and develop SSF to build capabilities in in-store executions and sales objectives at the point of purchase.
∎ Achieve Monthly target, Productivity Target & Category wise Yearly Growth through distributor.
∎ Gather and escalate/ communicate information on competitors' activities, price changes, and I&R to relevant stakeholders.
∎ Visit a market and gather insights on products based on tertiary level, freshness, and traders' feedback and take appropriate actions on findings.
∎ Ensure POPe & POSM execution as per channel guidelines and standards.
∎ Build long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with key traders.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies.
∎ Drive and execute category-wise activities by channel as per the plan
∎ This "Territory Associate" position is open for a Fresh Graduate or Experienced applicant of 1-2 years who has completed graduation from the local mention area Mymensingh, Sherpur, or Netrokona.

∎ Festival Bonus in a year: 10,000/Mobile Allowance per month: 1,200/Transport Allowance per month: 5,000/Night Halt per month max: 2,000-2,500/Daily Allowance per day: 400-500/Performance Incentive per month: 10,000 (Depends on sale)
