Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure continuous development of the assigned Geography and expansion of direct and indirect coverage.
∎ Review and follow-up of progression of RDBN, productivity and trade activities with SSFs and set action plan to ensure the monthly plan
∎ Achieve Monthly RDBN target, Productivity Target & Category wise Yearly Growth through distributor/s.
∎ Allocate and communicate the monthly RDBN and productivity plan to SSF based on contribution and potential.
∎ Gather and escalate/ communicate information on competitors' activities, price changes, and I&R to relevant stakeholders.
∎ Visit a market and gather insights on products based on tertiary level, freshness, and traders' feedback and take appropriate actions on findings.
∎ Ensure POPe & POSM execution as per channel guidelines and standards.
∎ Build long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with key traders.
∎ Coach and develop SSF to build capabilities in in-store executions and sales objectives at point of purchase.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies, BMS code adherence by self, distributor, and SSFs.
∎ Drive and execute category wise activities by channel as per plan
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years

Salary: Tk. 22000 - 25000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Medical allowance

∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)
∎ Mobile Allowance per month max: 1,200
∎ Transport Allowance per month max: 5,000
∎ Night Halt per month max: 2,000-2,500
∎ Festival Bonus in a year: 10,000
∎ Daily Allowance per month max: 400-500
∎ Performance Incentive per month max: 10,000 (Depends on sale)
