• Age 30 to 40 years

• Monitor tender portals, newspapers, and relevant sources for new tender opportunities.

• Analyze eligibility criteria, technical requirements, and commercial terms.

• Collect, organize, and prepare required documents, including company profiles, certifications, financial statements, and product specifications.

• Draft and review technical and financial proposals in compliance with tender requirements. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.

• Communicate with clients, vendors, and partners for clarifications, product details, or supporting documents.

• Work with the finance and procurement team to prepare competitive pricing and cost estimation.

• Analyze market trends to maintain a balance between competitiveness and profitability.

• Maintain a proper filing system (physical and digital) of all tender-related documents.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and client-specific instructions.

• Ensure submission within deadline and in the correct format. Follow up on tender status, respond to queries, and submit clarifications if needed.

• Track tender results and document feedback for future improvements. Maintain records of submitted tenders, outcomes, pricing strategies, and competitor activity.

• Generate periodic reports on tender performance, success rates, and win-loss analysis.

• Monitor industry trends, competitor pricing, and specifications to enhance tender quality.

• Must be proficient in using national and international tender portals (e.g., e-GP, CPTU, World Bank, ADB, UN platforms).Ensure all registrations, licenses, and documentation are up to date for eligibility.
