• Diploma in Electro medical
• Diploma in Electrical

• Age At most 30 years
• Only Male

• Identify new business opportunities by researching and reaching out to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers.

• Build and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.Install, repair, and maintain medical equipment at client locations.

• Perform preventive maintenance checks to ensure optimal equipment performance.

• Provide training and technical support to end-users.

• Provide technical support for troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues, both onsite and remotely.

• Offer ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise post-sale.

• Manage warranty claims, repairs, and replacement parts as per the company`s policies.

• Maintain detailed records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.

• Prepare regular sales and service activity reports, including client interactions, issues resolved, and feedback received.

• Beside the above responsibilities any other task given by the supervisor.
