Responsibilities & Context:
Identify new business opportunities by researching and reaching out to hospitals, clinics and other healthcare providers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Monitor team performance and track sales KPIs.
Recruit, train, and mentor sales and service staff.
Install, repair and maintain medical equipment at client locations.
Perform preventive maintenance checks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Provide training and technical support to end users.
Provide technical support for troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues, both onsite and remotely.
Offer ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise post-sale.
Manage warranty claims, repairs and replacement parts as per the company policies.
Maintain detailed records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Prepare regular sales and service activity records, including client interactions, issues resolved, and feedback received.
Beside the above responsibilities any other task given by the supervisor.
