  • 02+ Years’ experience in relevant field

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement and bidding management.

  • Experience in contract negotiations, vendor management, and supplier relationship management.

  • Experience in evaluating bids and proposals for complex, high-value projects, and managing the bidding process end-to-end.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify potential cost savings and optimization opportunities.

  • Project management skills and experience would be highly advantageous. Proven experience in bidding, procurement, or related roles.

  • Negotiation and interpersonal skills. Technology Proficiency, Proficient in MS Office Suite, and E-Tendering platforms.

  • Team Player Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Results-oriented with a strong commitment to achieving targets.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context We are looking for a suitable Tender & E-GP Specialist for our head office situated at AAA Tower, Plot # 80, Block # J, Progati Sarani, Baridhara, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify, analyze, and respond to E-Tenders and procurement opportunities on various platforms.

  • Develop a strategic approach to bidding, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

  • Managing bidding budgets, resources, and timelines Prepare comprehensive and compelling bids, ensuring all requirements are met.

  • Submit bids on time, adhering to submission guidelines and deadlines.

  • To ensure on-time and high-quality proposal submissions.

  • Familiarity with E-Tendering platforms and government procurement processes.

  • Create essential documents such as technical proposals, price quotations, and capability statements.

  • Ensure all documentation complies with the standards and requirements of respective E-Tender and procurement platforms.

  • Tender Documents Purchase, Submission of Tender Security & Performance Security.

  • Preparation of Banking Documentation needed to participate in bid, for example: Bank Guarantee, Bank Commitment Letter, Pay order, etc.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and competitors.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and procurement regulations. Cultivate relationships with clients, government agencies, and procurement officers.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for bids. Participating in contract negotiation sessions to secure favorable terms and conditions while focusing on profitability.

  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with client requirements, regulations, and industry standards.

  • Monitor bid performance and analyze key metrics. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for enhanced success rates.

  • Identifying new business opportunities by monitoring public and private sector tender portals.
