We are looking for a skilled Template Cutting Machine Operator to join our sewing section. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Gerber software operation and pattern grading, ensuring precise and efficient cutting template preparation for woven garments.

• Operate template cutting machines efficiently to produce accurate templates as per pattern specifications.

• Work with Gerber CAD software for pattern input, modification, and cutting setup.

• Perform pattern grading according to size specifications and buyer requirements.

• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of templates before transferring to the production floor.

• Collaborate with the Pattern Master, Sample, and Production teams for smooth workflow.

• Maintain proper records of template cutting data and files.

• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
