• Minimum 6 months experience in an International Call Center
• Preference for candidates with Australian solar campaign experience
• Strong communication skills and fluent English is a must

Powerman Local, one of the leading telemarketing outsourcing companies in Bangladesh, is expanding! We’re looking for experienced and driven Telesales Specialists to join our high-performing team.

Office Location: Kha-09, Malek Mansion, Bepari Para, Khilkhet, Dhaka-1229

Office Hours: 6:15 AM – 3:00 PM (Day Shift)

What You’ll Do:

• Make outbound calls to Australia to sell products or services
• Understand customer needs and close sales
• Work in a performance-driven team environment

Salary: 20,000 - 30,000 BDT (based on experience) 2,000 BDT Monthly Attendance Bonus 1,500 TK Punctuality Bonus 1,200 BDT Per Sale Bonus Performance-based bonus up to 5,000 BDT/month Earn over 10,000 BDT in additional sales bonuses Salary review twice a year based on performance Two festival bonuses after 1 year Interest-free loan facilities Career growth in a professional and supportive environment
