Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Reach out to potential or current customers to explain our services, following provided scripts.
∎ Provide information regarding job opportunities and visa details.
∎ Make and receive calls from customers.
∎ Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
∎ Manage both inbound and outbound calls.
∎ Gather customer feedback to improve service.
∎ Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
∎ Prepare and submit reports to the Manager.
∎ Maintain a positive attitude and stay self-motivated.
∎ Guide potential clients to the Counselling team when necessary.
∎ Address customer grievances to maintain the company’s reputation.
∎ Record call details, sales, and important customer information.
∎ Context: We are seeking motivated and energetic Telemarketing Executives to play a key role in driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to present services confidently over the phone and address customer concerns effectively. The primary goal is to help expand the business by attracting new customers and fostering strong client relationships.
