Responsibilities & Context:
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Follow scripts and sales guidelines effectively.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Maintain customer records and update CRM.
Meet monthly sales targets.
Provide excellent customer communication and follow-up.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. Handle objections professionally and confidently.
Have to follow team leader order and guidelines.
Follow company policies and compliance standards.
Maintain friendly, smart and mature relation with leads and colleagues.
