Responsibilities & Context:

∎ - Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
∎ - Identify customer needs and provide relevant solutions and recommendations.
∎ - Maintain a deep understanding of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.
∎ - Build and maintain customer relationships through regular follow-up calls.
∎ - Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas set by management.
∎ - Handle customer objections and resolve any concerns or questions professionally.
∎ - Update and manage customer information and call logs in the CRM system.
∎ - Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to remain competitive in sales.
∎ - Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences.
∎ - Participate in sales training sessions and continuously enhance selling skills.
∎
