Responsibilities & Context:

Position Overview

We are seeking confident, smart, and customer-oriented Female Telesales Executives to manage customer inquiries, lead follow-ups, and client relationships. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining real estate project details, maintaining accurate records, and delivering excellent customer service in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing clients

  • Clearly explain project details, plot/apartment information, pricing, and payment procedures

  • Follow up on leads generated from phone calls, Facebook, WhatsApp, Messenger, and website inquiries

  • Convert inquiries into potential sales through effective communication

  • Maintain daily call logs, customer information, and follow-up records in Excel/CRM

  • Receive, record, and properly document customer feedback, queries, and complaints

  • Coordinate with sales and management teams to ensure smooth client handling

  • Maintain excellent customer service standards to ensure client satisfaction

  • Meet assigned service and follow-up targets

  • Perform any other customer-care or telesales-related tasks assigned by management
