Experience:
BBA in Marketing from any reputed Private or Public University.
Must have practical experience with the following products: Sewing Thread, Yarn Dyeing, Embroidery, Screen Print, Rhinestone & Stud- Hot Fixing, Foil Print, Narrow Fabrics, Poly Bags, Flat Knitted Rib, Offset Label, Quilting
Achieving budgeted Sales, LC and Payment Collections.
Prepare quarterly basis sales forecast with product mix.
Keep control on credit limit as approved by Management.
Shortened payment cycle from Order > PI > LC & UD > BOE signing.
Keep your customer account outstanding in ' ZERO DISCREPANCY' status.
Ensure profitable sales by applying effective price and service negotiations skills.
Ensure business retention as well as share increase in the existing customer account.
Handle customer complaints with adequate knowledge and techniques.
Monitor CS activities with the objective to achieve high level of customer satisfactions as well as to secure company interests
Meet deadline from order receive to deliver and until the payment realization.
Promote company brands, products and values in the market efficiently.
Co-ordinate with cross functional team for relevant inputs and resolve customers issues.
Visit 3 customers in a day with the objective to secure budgets (Spend 70%+ time in the market)
Prepare weekly basis market report and monthly basis sales overview with short fall evaluation.
Create alternative customer accounts as a backup support in securing sales targets in a challenging market scenario.
Know Product, Process, Technical, Limitations and Effective Communications to settle the business deal
Be Vigilant in customers need, business movement and competitor activities.
Identify and win the new business opportunities within defined market sectors.
Be always positive, self-motivated and eager for learning to advance career further
