Must have practical experience with the following products: Sewing Thread, Yarn Dyeing, Embroidery, Screen Print, Rhinestone & Stud- Hot Fixing, Foil Print, Narrow Fabrics, Poly Bags, Flat Knitted Rib, Offset Label, Quilting



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Achieving budgeted Sales, LC and Payment Collections.

  • Prepare quarterly basis sales forecast with product mix.

  • Keep control on credit limit as approved by Management.

  • Shortened payment cycle from Order > PI > LC & UD > BOE signing. 

  • Keep your customer account outstanding in ' ZERO DISCREPANCY' status.

  • Ensure profitable sales by applying effective price and service negotiations skills.

  • Ensure business retention as well as share increase in the existing customer account. 

  • Handle customer complaints with adequate knowledge and techniques.

  • Monitor CS activities with the objective to achieve high level of customer satisfactions as well as to secure company interests

  • Meet deadline from order receive to deliver and until the payment realization.

  • Promote company brands, products and values in the market efficiently.

  • Co-ordinate with cross functional team for relevant inputs and resolve customers issues.

  • Visit 3 customers in a day with the objective to secure budgets (Spend 70%+ time in the market) 

  • Prepare weekly basis market report and monthly basis sales overview with short fall evaluation.

  • Create alternative customer accounts as a backup support in securing sales targets in a challenging market scenario.

  • Know Product, Process, Technical, Limitations and Effective Communications to settle the business deal 

  • Be Vigilant in customers need, business movement and competitor activities.

  • Identify and win the new business opportunities within defined market sectors.

  • Be always positive, self-motivated and eager for learning to advance career further

  • To be the best team player. And to manage territory team and business. Sales reporting, attendance, office discipline and on time response to company needs.
