Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and existing leads to promote travel packages, visa processing, and air ticketing services.
- Handle inbound inquiries from customers with professionalism and provide accurate information about services and offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Maintain customer database and record all interactions in MS Excel/CRM tools.
- Provide after-sales support, ensuring a smooth customer journey from booking to travel completion.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of promotions and packages.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, competitor offerings, and destination knowledge to provide value to customers.
