  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.

  • Ability to manage and resolve team conflicts effectively.

  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and reporting skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results.

Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a telesales team of 4+ executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Monitor individual performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular feedback sessions.

  • Develop telesales scripts, strategies, and pitches to improve conversion rates.

  • Ensure professional handling of customer inquiries and complaints to maintain customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare and analyse sales reports, call logs, and conversion statistics.

  • Coordinate with management to design sales campaigns and promotional activities.

  • Conduct training sessions to upskill team members on products, destinations, and customer handling.

  • Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
