∎ Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
∎ Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
∎ Willingness to work flexible shifts.
∎ Previous call center experience is advantageous.
∎ Must possess a laptop/desktop at home (laptops will be provided during office training).
∎ Eligibility Criteria:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage both outbound and inbound phone calls.
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide viable solutions or alternatives.
∎ Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests.
∎ Communicate effectively and informatively with customers.
∎ Efficiently handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls.
∎ Prepare and submit daily reports detailing call activities.
∎ Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and queries.
∎ Facilitate sales by informing customers about our services.
∎ Work Schedule: Must be able to work morning shifts from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and evening shifts until 10:00 PM.Location: On-site, Khulna Office.
