  • Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

  • Must be fluent in Bangla; English proficiency is an added advantage.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce Garibook’s subscription-based service.

  • Clearly explain product features, pricing, and benefits to drive conversions.

  • Use persuasive communication techniques to turn leads into paying subscribers.

  • Achieve and exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Build a deep understanding of our product offerings, updates, and ongoing campaigns.

  • Handle client inquiries with professionalism and ensure a positive experience.

  • Address objections with confidence and provide accurate information to build trust.

  • Maintain up-to-date records of interactions and sales activities using the CRM system.

  • Work in a target-oriented environment while maintaining high levels of motivation and ethics.

  • Attend training and skill development sessions to enhance telesales effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with peers and teams to share learnings and boost overall performance.

  • Contribute positively to a collaborative and success-driven team culture.
