Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive clients incoming calls and give them support.
∎ Candidates have to make outgoing calls to our services.
∎ Conducting the calls by following "scripts" when handling different topics.
∎ Identify clients' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus, Weekly 2 holidays, Over time allowance
