Responsibilities & Context:

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Tele sales Executive to be the first point of contact for our company. You will handle inbound calls, provide essential property information to potential clients, qualify leads, and follow up to nurture relationships. You will also carry out all other tele sales activities as required to support the company’s sales goals

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 & 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐱𝐭-

• Contacting new and existing customers via phone.
• Providing product and service information to engage potential customers.
• Closing sales and maintaining sales-related records.
• Answering customer queries and resolving any issues they may have.
• Preparing daily work reports and sharing them with the supervisor.
• Handle inbound customer calls and provide clear information on products/services.
• Check and Answer Facebook and Whats-app Messages
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Follow-up with back-office and farm management for slaughtering and delivery schedule
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to senior management.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and maintain a positive brand image.
• Continuously work on service improvement to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Delivery Team to ensure successful delivery
• Assist in File processing, Client coordination, and post-sale customer follow-up.
• Stock Report Management
