Job Context:
∎ We`re looking for an enthusiastic telesales representative to make contributions in producing sales for our agency. You will be chargeable for remaining income deals over the phone and retaining appropriate consumer relationships.
∎ An powerful telesales consultant need to be an great communicator and feature advanced people abilities. They should be at ease imparting services or products over the cellphone or telephony software in addition to handling proceedings and doubts.
∎ The aim is to help the agency develop by means of bringing in clients and growing enterprise.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
∎ Answering customer inquiries & questions about products or the organization
∎ Asking questions to understand customer requirements, needs and close sales
∎ Deliver strategic, creative & accurate sales pitch to acquire new customer.
∎ Introducing the organization's products & services to customers in enthusiastic manner in order to follow up with further steps of the sales process
∎ Initiating repeated calls as follow up activities to close the pending sales deal.
∎ Highly dynamic & target oriented to achieve monthly goals through maximizing labour.
∎ Preparing sales report & strong mindset of having data-centric.
∎ On demand activities raised with the situation
∎ Need to receive incoming calls to the prospective customers pertaining to the Client's business.
∎ Need to provide excellent & praise-worthy customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions & in case of complex issues raise to senior team leader.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Call Center/BPO, Telesales marketing, E-commerce/online market place, front end sales.
∎ Possess awesome communication skill with precise pronunciation & avoiding regional dialect.
∎ Pressure handling capacity.
∎ Having rapid sales drive & spontaneity.
∎ Team-player
∎ Time management
∎ Good efficiency over Microsoft word, Excel & Powerpoint
∎ Absorbing new skills & learning
Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Incentive as per CTBD incentive plan.
