∎ HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Context:
∎ Working Time: 10:00am To 2:00pm.
∎ Desktop / Laptop with GOOD configuration.
∎ Stable internet connection With Minimum 10 Mbps Speed.
∎ Noise Cancellation headset.
∎ Having Good Power Backup (In Case of Sudden Electric Surge).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
∎ Manage large number of outbound calls to customers in a timely manner.
∎ Follow communication "Script" while handling different topics.
∎ Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets.
∎ Receiving customers' inquiries, and selling services/ products over the telephone as per the instruction provided.
∎ Able to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.
∎ Professional, courteous and know proper phone etiquette.
∎ Ability to relate with a diverse group of people.
∎ Sound knowledge of essential software like MS Word, MS Excel, Email, Skype etc.
∎ Must have the ability on selling to company decision-makers and overcoming objections.
∎ Must be extremely professional and looking for an opportunity to maximize earning potential.
∎ Previous experience making a minimum number of dials per day is a plus.
∎ Training (7 days) will be provided without fees.

∎ Age 20 to 30 years

∎ Smart Sales Commission will be provided.
