Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a Sales Officer at Automate IT Limited, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving sales of our educational institute management software and school accessories. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment and make a significant impact on the education sector.
∎ Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote our educational institute management software and school accessories.
∎ Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential educational institutions, including schools, colleges, and universities, to build a robust client base.
∎ Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our software products and accessories, including their features, benefits, and technical specifications.
∎ Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value our solutions bring to their educational institution.
∎ Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
∎ Sales Quotas: Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas to contribute to the company's growth and revenue goals.
∎ Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and threats.
∎ Proposal Development: Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients, outlining the terms and conditions of the sale.
∎ Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from clients and communicate it to the product development team to ensure our offerings align with market needs.
∎ Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates with Smart Phone & Laptop will be given preference.
∎ Candidates with a motorbike will be given preference.
∎ Proven experience in sales and customer acquisition, preferably in the software industry.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong negotiation and closing skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Familiarity with sales and marketing software tools and techniques.
∎ Willing to perform any other activities required by management to enhance sales.
∎ Capable of working under pressure.
∎ Has to be street smart, have particular know-how, and have the passion and eagerness to learn.
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
