  • Must be willing to work in field-based corporate and institutional sales

  • Must have a positive attitude, strong communication skill, and target-driven mindset

  • Must have a personal laptop for daily operations and reporting.

  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email communication) is required



Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibilities & Context

Automate IT Limited is seeking energetic and dedicated individuals for the role of Executive (Sales & Support) to promote and sell Software Products and School Accessories to educational institutions, corporate clients, and SMEs across designated districts. This is a completely field-based job. Candidates not comfortable with fieldwork are requested not to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

•       Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as directed by the supervisor

•       Visit schools, colleges, coaching centers, and corporate offices to generate and validate leads

•       Present, demonstrate, and sell Software solutions and School Accessories to potential clients

•       Up-sell and cross-sell products to existing customers and ensure after-sales support

•       Negotiate and close sales deals professionally

•       Ensure proper agreement/contract signing with every client

•       Coordinate product delivery and installation/onboarding support

•       Maintain strong and long-term business relationships with clients

•       Report daily sales activity, client visits, and pipeline status to management

•       Collect market feedback and competitor information from the field

Job Other Benifits:

    Salary : Fixed Salary: BDT 16,000 (Includes TA, DA, and Mobile Allowance)

    Sales Incentive: Up to BDT 10,000 (Based on target achievement)
