Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or above. 2+ year Telesales/Telemarketing/Client development exp preferred; familiarity with Bangladesh’s manufacturing/service labor markets a plus.
- Skills: Native Bengali, fluent English. Clear communication, quick to grasp client needs, patient in driving job postings. Result-oriented, pressure-tolerant.
- Tools: Proficient in CRM and basic office software; able to handle client data stats.
Responsibilities & Context:
What you'll do:
- Reach out to blue-collar-intensive enterprises in manufacturing, construction, and service industries via telephone. Promote the platform’s free job posting services and advantages of blue-collar job seeker resources, guiding enterprises to register and publish authentic, valid recruitment information.
- Dig deep into enterprises’ hiring needs (e.g., job type, number of hires, salary range, job requirements), assist clients in standardizing job descriptions, and ensure posted job information is complete, compliant, and appealing to blue-collar job seekers.
- Guide clients through the entire process of platform registration and job listing, resolving operational issues during posting.
