  • Ability to handle rejection with professionalism and maintain a positive attitude.


Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary

Fargo Food is looking for motivated and results-driven Tele-Sales Executives to promote and sell our premium healthy food products. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to sustainable food systems and enhance food security in Bangladesh through our innovative product range.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell FMCG and healthy food products.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend customized solutions to meet their needs.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings and nutritional benefits.
  • Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing customers.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall sales process and customer experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional post-sales support when necessary.
