Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's emails
∎ Management and resolve customer complaints
∎ Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
∎ Provide product and service information to customers
∎ Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
∎ Follow up customer calls where necessary
∎ Complete call logs and reports
∎ Develop new clients and maintain good relation with customers.
∎ Regular follow-up & collect required information from customer for smooth operations.
∎ Complete related work provided by management.
∎ Achieve daily, weekly, monthly & yearly targets accordingly.
∎ Coordination with in-house team members for ensuring on-time delivery, estimation, project related decision & required services as per customer requirements.
∎ Complete related work provided by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
