Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Architecture or
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Drawing, 2D (Auto Cad), 3D, 3D CAD, 3d Visualization
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Furniture Manufacturer, Interior Design

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Design (Interior, Architecture & Landscape) Concept, plan, elevation, Detailed & Working drawing, 3D Visualization and Prepare BOQ & Specification as per design-drawing.
∎ Keeping a record of Project properly.
∎ Maintain communication with Clients. Moreover, meeting with clients to determine objectives and requirements for structures.
∎ Excellent knowledge on Materials.
∎ Follow up the project execution regular basis. (Visit work-sites to ensure that construction adheres to architectural plans)
∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern Design & Drawing.
∎ Independently work with In-House Design team for on time design submission as required by department head.
∎ Have to resourceful and creative problem solver.
∎ Sound Knowledge in residential, commercial building and factory design & drawing.
∎ Should have the quality to monitor, supervise, and lead the design team or any other works assigned by the management.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
