সম্ভাব্য কাস্টমারদের সাথে ফোনে যোগাযোগ করে অব্যাকাস কোর্স সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত জানানো
ইনবাউন্ড ও আউটবাউন্ড কল হ্যান্ডেল করা এবং লিড কনভার্সন নিশ্চিত করা
কাস্টমারদের প্রয়োজন বুঝে সঠিক কোর্স সাজেস্ট করা
মাসিক/সাপ্তাহিক সেলস টার্গেট অর্জন করা
কাস্টমার ডাটাবেজ মেইনটেইন ও আপডেট করা
ফলো-আপ কলের মাধ্যমে সম্ভাব্য কাস্টমারদের কনভার্ট করা
টিমের সাথে সমন্বয় করে সেলস পারফরম্যান্স উন্নত করা
✅ Requirements:
টেলিসেলস বা সেলস রিলেটেড কাজে ন্যূনতম ১ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা
প্রফেশনালভাবে কথা বলার দক্ষতা (Bangla & Basic English)
শক্তিশালী কমিউনিকেশন ও নেগোসিয়েশন স্কিল
সেলস টার্গেট পূরণ করার মানসিকতা ও সক্ষমতা
কম্পিউটার ও বেসিক সফটওয়্যার ব্যবহারে দক্ষতা
কাস্টমার হ্যান্ডলিংয়ে ধৈর্যশীল ও ফলাফলমুখী মনোভাব
