∎ Previous experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
∎ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
∎ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
∎ Knowledge of software products and services is preferred but not required.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our software products and services.
∎ Identifying and qualifying leads through proactive prospecting and lead generation techniques.
∎ Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
∎ Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets.
∎ Providing timely and accurate information to clients regarding product features, pricing, and promotions.
∎ Recording and maintaining detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
∎ Staying updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market.
