Job Responsibilities:
∎ Applicants must have a good knowledge of geographical mapping of Bangladesh.
∎ Applicants must have a good knowledge of all the subjects of JSC, PSC, SSC, HSC, Ielts, Admission test , English Version , English Medium Subjects & Curriculum.
∎ Applicants must have a good knowledge of how to use Google sheet or Excel sheet. , Typing ( English & Bangla )
∎ You have to handle each & every client with care and sincerity.
∎ Handle critical customers with effective and gentle communication skills.
∎ Telesales / Telemarketing / Appointment settings for specific clients over the phone on a daily basis as per instruction.
∎ Manage outbound/inbound calls to Customers across the country in a timely manner.
∎ Should have good convincing skills and excellent sales skills.
∎ Should be able to maintain a client database.
∎ You have to fill up your daily, weekly and monthly goal for fulfilling the target.
∎ Day to day planning and report management ability.
∎ Should Have Experienced Content Creation For Social Media & a Good Knowledge of Page Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years

Salary:
∎ Tk. 9000 - 10000 (Monthly)
∎ Full Time :
Duty time : (10.00 am to 7 pm) or 11.30 am-8.30 pm
Full Time Salary=9000-10000 Taka+ Target fulfilling Bonus.
For Full Time employee off days 4 days in a month
Part-Time :
Part-Time Salary = (5000-6000) Taka + Target fulfilling Bonus.
Duty time (Slot One:- 10.00 am to 4 pm, Slot Two:- 2.30 pm to 8.30 pm)-
For Part Time employee off days 2 days in a month
****3-7 Days Training
****(Friday & Saturday no off day) off day will be determined by the management protocol wise.*****
