Job Responsibilities:
∎ Would be Responsible for communication with clients for Visa processing, Ticketing And manpower.
∎ Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic, international, online booking, group booking).
∎ Presenting, listening and negotiation skills
∎ A commitment to high levels of customer service
∎ Good business awareness and selling skills
∎ Answering phones professionally
∎ Providing up-to-date advice on travel regulations.
∎ Ensuring all bookings & reservations are processed accurately.
∎ Completing all ticketing, secured payments, and submitting money and paperwork to the accounting department.
∎ Have updated knowledge about airline rules & policies
∎ Respond to client queries via online & offline channels
∎ Keep sales records & report sales information monthly.
∎ Have updated knowledge about Visa processing, Ticketing And manpower
∎ Have destination knowledge about foreign countries
∎ Be polite, active & responsible with your duty.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Travel Agent.
∎ Male must have motorcycle driving skills
∎ Male Must possess valid driving license.
∎ Job Time: 9am-7pm
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 20000 (Monthly)
