∎ manpower and ticketing a vision of personalized travel experience to customers, develop & foster business through pro-active direct sells, Marketing, telemarketing, Direct mail, appointment calls. Job Responsibilities:
∎ Would be Responsible for communication with clients for marketing & selling of , Hotel Holiday packages, visa processing with manpower and ticketing .
∎ Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic, international, online booking, group booking).
∎ Presenting, listening and negotiation skills
∎ A commitment to high levels of customer service
∎ Good business awareness and selling skills
∎ Answering phones professionally
∎ Providing up-to-date advice on travel regulations.
∎ Ensuring all bookings & reservations are processed accurately.
∎ Completing all ticketing, secured payments, and submitting money and paperwork to the accounting department.
∎ Have updated knowledge about airline rules & policies
∎ Respond to client queries via online & offline channels
∎ Keep sales records & report sales information monthly.
∎ Have updated knowledge about international visa processing with manpower and ticketing.
∎ Have destination knowledge about foreign countries
∎ Be polite, active & responsible with your duty.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Need to Education In Dhaka City.
∎ Skills Required: Travel Agent
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, MICROSOFT OFFICE
Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Basic salary with extra commission if work skills are good.
