Job Context:
∎ Sea Fish BD ( www.seafishbd.com ) and Super Food ( www.bdsuperfood.com ) are the e-commerce platforms running under the group name Catalyst. These are very highly growing start-ups. This is the largest and the first of its kind fully food-based e-commerce site in Bangladesh.
∎ Looking for some talented, influential, target-driven, dynamic candidate as a Tele-Marketer who has initiative, drive, and self-motivation to take the challenge to deliver high-quality results.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contact potential customers over Phone/Email/SMS to explain the company's Products as per company procedure.
∎ Collect the orders from a new or existing customer in an accurate manner by telephonic conversation.
∎ Make follow-up calls to both the B2B & B2C customers and try to make opportunities for additional sales.
∎ Handle and solve customer queries and grievances.
∎ Go to the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 32 years
∎ Tele-marketing experience
∎ Call Centre experience
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply
Salary: Tk. 8000 - 12000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Performance bonus
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
